Dining Out Corporate Gift Cards can be purchased with any value from £5 - £250.

There is no minimum order for eGift cards.

The minimum order value for Physical Gift Cards is £1000. Please contact us if you would like to buy less than £1000 in eGift Cards.

No. There are no fees associated with Dining Out Corporate Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the gift card. Please note that the minimum order value for Physical Gift Cards is £1000. If you would like to order less than £1000 you can do so at our Dining Out Consumer website.

No. You would need to request a refund and reorder the correct value. Refunds cannot be given if the order has already been activated.

If you wish to cancel all or part of your Dining Out Corporate Gift Card order, please contact our Customer Service team on 03302369310 or email us at [email protected]. Cancellations cannot be made once Dining Out Corporate Gift Cards have been activated.

We accept CHAPs, BACS or credit card payments (we do not accept American Express).

In order to protect you from unauthorised transactions, we require your credit card's Security Code.

The Security Code is the 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card.

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as CS*Dining out Gift Cards.

eGift Card: Your eGift Cards will be sent immediately once your order is approved.

Physical Gift Card: Your Physical Gift Cards will be sent free by secure delivery via our courier partner, once your order has been approved.

Once your Dining Out Corporate Gift Cards are dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier delivery tracking number. You can follow the status on the courier’s website.

Gift Cards will be delivered to valid addresses within the United Kingdom. For your protection, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Dining Out Corporate eGift Cards will be delivered activated and can be spent immediately.

Dining Out Corporate Physical Gift Cards will arrive inactive. You will need to activate the Gift Cards prior to spending them. You will receive activation instructions along with your delivery.

The Dining Out Corporate Gift Card is valid at any Mitchells & Butlers venue in the UK as detailed at www.thediningoutgiftcard.co.uk/ and subject to the conditions that can be found here Terms & Conditions. The Gift Card cannot be used (i) to make any online purchase (ii) at any Moto or other Mitchells & Butlers franchise or (iii) at any site not managed by Mitchells & Butlers: please check with your server that the Gift Card can be used at the particular site before ordering. Venues can be added and/or removed from the list above at any time at Mitchells & Butlers’ discretion.

Card balances can be checked by visiting https://www.showmybalance.com.

Dining Out Corporate Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from from the later of the date that any value was last loaded onto the Gift Card, or the date that any value on the Gift Card was last redeemed. Any remaining balance left on the card after 24 months of inactivity will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Please look after your card and treat it like cash while it has an outstanding/existing balance.

No. You can spend some or all of the money on The Dining Out Corporate Gift Card. Any remaining balance will be saved until your card expires.

Yes you can reload the card in any Mitchells & Butlers venue across the UK. Present the card to any team member who will reload it for you. The card cannot be reloaded online.
